Exploring the world of comic strips
through vague Japanese poetry.

- Haikus are a form of poetry that consists of three lines with five, seven, then five syllables on each respective line. For example...
Rockwood is in space (5 syllables)
On a circular station (7 syllables)
Looking down on Earth (5 syllables)
Obviously, that's pretty boring, but technically correct. Try to do more than just count syllables. Be creative!
- The haiku you submit doesn't necessarily have to have Rockwood mentioned in it, but it would be nice if it related to something in the site somehow, whether it be space-related or just pertaining to a topic brought up elsewhere.
On with the haikus!
Haiku number one is excited to see our social
networking experiments...
Rockwood
on Facebook!
A new Frontier in Tech tools.

Haiku number two overreacts to the lutefisk.
We think it's only made people wish they were dead...
Lut'fisk is toxic,
Air system on station broke.
Everyone is dead.

Haiku number three adequately describes
this Scandanavian delicacy...
Stinky fish on board.
Air gets recirculated.
No one can escape.
--Sarcasmo
Haiku number four gets Haiku of
the
Week because it has been turning into a holiday tradition...
Christmastime is here
That can mean only one thing:
THE LUTEFISK STRIPS!
