Nicely done Brian!!! I'm finding your video in the most random places. Best of Luck!

Thanks, Fred! When we first posted the Wedding Thriller Dance way back in August, we had a hard time finding it even within YouTube. Now? Well, now where CAN'T we find it?

Thanks for the good laugh when I was having my morning coffee! Looks like you had a fun wedding...good luck and congrats!

It was a blast, Melissa. And oddly enough, thanks to the video, it's still fun now. How many other couples have a reception that continues on for months?

I heard the Good Morning America story while driving in my car this AM, so I had to check it out at home on Youtube. What a hoot. You guys rock.

Actually, Gayle, this time we just danced. But who knows? Maybe for our next video we could rock. We're thinking big hair, spandex pants, and wire harnesses. Oh yeah.

Hey Brian,
Loved the bit on GMA this morning! One of the local tv stations here in Houston picked it up last week - check out the Blah Blah Blog on Walton's World.
Have a great day!

The GMA staff was all very cool about it. Someday, when they post a link on their page, we'll link to it so that those of you who missed it can see. It's very surreal to see elements of your wedding on national television. We planned it for a couple hundred, not a couple hundred thousand. We're just happy everyone seems to enjoy it.

So you are rapidly becoming world famous, does that mean that you are going to sydneycate, sidenicate, syndicate, something like that and get really really rich? Way to go!

Excellent question, Jim! We'd love to think the answer is "yes" and in truth, Team Rockwood will be making a push to get Rockwood syndicated later this year.
All of you can help! How? Well, you could buy a 2007 Rockwood Calendar to help us fund the packets we'll have to send out. C'mon! Help out the cause!

February 11, 2007,
As I sat down in the dining hall this morning, I realized that the guys down the table were in the midst of discussing your video. "... yeah, it's like the bridesmaids and the bride [laughter] and like all of them. And the groom is like Michael Jackson, ya know? [laughter] He's doin' all the extra moves and stuff, right. [laughter] It's pretty awesome." The conversation then turned to Michael Jackson in general ("I don't have a lot of respect for him now of course but ah... he did good work, y'know, back then") and then to Tivo.
I was pretty amused -- it really is everywhere! I was also in a good mood because we had a really phenomenal baked ham as the main dish. But there was some happiness over your good fortune mixed in there too.

It wasn't until we received this letter that we realized just how big the Wedding Thriller Dance had become.
Read it again. Yes, among male students, the Thriller Dance took priority over Tivo! That, dear friends, is huge!
