You want some Oklahoma warmth? Think twice, Wisconsin, because then you'd
just replace your snow with rain, and look
where that got us. Unfortunately, there's no place that has perfect
weather all of the time, so you just have to make a choice about
what downsides you can put up with to get to the upsides. Admittedly,
100 inches of snow is a lot unless you're on a ski slope, but look
at the bright side: we hear that the two weeks of summer you get
in Wisconsin are going to be great this year!
