Perhaps the iLiver comes from drinking too many Apple iMartinis. What would the Mac/PC commercials be for organ transplants? "Hi! I'm a Mac. My friend over there attached to the dialysis machine is a PC. He's not doing well..."

The marketing possibilities are unlimited! Michael Jackson could be the guest host for skin grafts; the iFlesh. Britney Spears could be the guest for 'other' enhancements...the iBounce.
