July 18, 2009,

Hi Brian!

I first saw the Thriller Wedding video on youtube over a year ago quite by accident. Someone had posted the GMA version of your wedding reception dance to MJ's Thriller. I found a shorter GMA version on my Blackberry just now and I was surprised I could get video and sound on Media Player. I'm not as knowledgeable as most people technology-wise. Anyway, I never get tired of watching your wedding reception dance. I wondered what your line of work was and discovered your comic strip site! How talented you are! Your wife was very smart and courageous to ask you to choreograph Thriller for your entire wedding party to learn. Since Michael is gone, looking back on your reception must have even more meaning for the two of you! Great job, Brian!

As a matter of fact, Lynda, Michael's death HAS been meaningful for us. It's also apparently been meaningful for a lot of news organizations that missed their shot at us the first time around. In their efforts to find a fresh angle, we were contacted by three diffrerent TV stations and one newspaper. And that's not to mention the huge bump in traffic that the video itself got on YouTube. Who would have ever thought that all of this would last this long?

Oh, and Brian's wife is indeed very smart and courageous. That's just part of what he likes about her.

Glad you liked it, Bobby! Like we've always said, "Come for the Thriller, stay for the cartoons!" Okay, we haven't always said that. In fact, we really just made it up right now. But we like it. We might use it again.
