May 14, 2001: Mitch: The "XFL" folded last week. Al: So? Mitch: So maybe the world isn't as stupid as we thought! Al: "Ally McBeal" is still on. Mitch: Well, I didn't say the world was a genius!
May 16, 2001: Al: ABC is cutting "Millionaire" to twice weekly next fall. Mitch: Oh no! What are we going to do?! Al: (pauses) Get a life? Mitch: Is that your final answer?
May 18, 2001: Mitch: (to Dana) We're researching the networks' new lineups so we'll know what TV shows to watch this fall! Dana: Why plan three months in advance when you guys will just channel surf anyway? Mitch: It makes us sound so sad when she says it! Al: Okay, I've made a schedule on when to record the new "Star Trek" and when to watch live!
