Express yourself!
Have you always wanted to let Team Rockwood know just what you were thinking? Do you wonder why the panels of the strip are laid out horizontally instead of vertically? Or do you have sensitive documents that will bring down the government? In any case, we want to know! Just fill out your name and e-mail address, then let 'er rip! No question or comment is too bizarre for Team Rockwood to take a stab at, and if we can get enough mail coming in, this page will be updated weekly! (Unlike the old mailbag page, which got updated about four times in two years.)
So consider this an experiment in web interactivity. Or, consider it a way to artificially inflate our hit count. Either way, just write in!

I know this is early , but any plans for the team to wait in line for Attack of the Clones?

Good gravy, MB, that doesn't come out until May! Don't you think that's a little far... oh wait... you're already in line, aren't you? Save us a spot!

I was wondering, being as your comic strip is set on a space station and all, have you ever considered doing a Mystery Science Theater 3000 takeoff/spoof/version/etcetera? Possibly the fans of the show could pay Skip insane amounts of money to film a new series on the station. Since I have no creativity, you can probably come up with a much better plot. Anyway, please do, you'll have my undying thanks! ^.^
P.S. And get the promote link up!

Actually, Minako, Skip is very much in favor of your plan to have someone pay him insane amounts of money, and thinks that in itself is plenty creative. However, Team Rockwood likes MST3K too much to sully its memory. But we're not above the potential for making fun of other bad science fiction shows.
Finally, yeah, yeah...we'll get around to doing the "Promote" link someday. We're just busy doing other things. You know, like watching TV.

Hi! I LOVE the comix. They're just great. I'm writing this to be late to math to protest the schedule change at my school.
WE WILL HAVE 35 MINUTES TO EAT OUR LUNCH!!!

You'll have to eat in 35 minutes? Is that more or less than before? While Team Rockwood sympathizes with anyone who's fighting the system, we're a little worried you're giving up math to do so. Why not pick a less important class. Hmmmm?

By reducing the number of teams the talent quality goes up on each team making the game more action packed.

Poppycock! Maybe if the two teams contracted were full of all-stars this could be true, but the teams most likely to be eliminated, obviously, are the bad teams, and would probably only contribute eight or nine starters to a league with 28 teams. That's less than one player per every three teams, hardly enough to raise the quality of league play.
Furthermore, because only the expensive players would be left and there would be fewer teams to compete for them, their salaries would likely go up, costing Major League Baseball even more money.
The fact is, Major League Baseball's idiot owners are trying to force certain cities into making new stadium deals and this is the only way they could think of to do it.

Rockwood the comic
Strip is always quite funny.
Ha, ha! What genius!

Hmmm...Haiku Thursday as a concept gets ever closer to reality. Just an added note: Submitted haiku's don't necessarily have to be about Rockwood, but we certainly won't hold it against you.

Hey, we like baseball! Or, at least, we do this week. Ask us next season after Bud's evil plan has either worked or failed and maybe we'll feel differently.

Get the damn promote link working already! How do you expect people to link to your site without humorous web badges to click on?? You can't depend on As The Apple Turns and Foxtrot for all your referals, now can you?
Well, I guess you COULD, but that would defeat the purpose of this message...
--Matt Wolfe

Of course we could, Matt (and in fact we have--to good effect), but we suppose that both you and Minako are right. It is about time that we finally got the "Promote" link working, so we pledge to get something up there by the end of the week.
Now...would you get off our backs? GEEZ!
