Express yourself!
Have you always wanted to let Team Rockwood know just what you were thinking? Do you wonder why the panels of the strip are laid out horizontally instead of vertically? Or do you have sensitive documents that will bring down the government? In any case, we want to know! Just fill out your name and e-mail address, then let 'er rip! No question or comment is too bizarre for Team Rockwood to take a stab at, and if we can get enough mail coming in, this page will be updated weekly! (Unlike the old mailbag page, which got updated about four times in two years.)
So consider this an experiment in web interactivity. Or, consider it a way to artificially inflate our hit count. Either way, just write in!

A slow and unfocused superhero duo? We can see people lining up for tickets to the movie already!

I enjoy reading your comics but recently, I have noticed an increasingly political tone to your output. I don't like your comics that much anymore as a result and will be trying my best to avoid your page from now on. Frankly, I think the people of the world need to back down from each other a bit and let us all get a breather; your comics provided me the escapism that I wanted but sadly, that is gone now too. Good luck with the ACL and syndication but I don't expect to be there to cheer you on either.
Regards,
--AB.

Wow. Who knew someone would get so upset over Snail-Man?

Just FYI: I submitted one of the more "out there" or "high on something strong" Haikus for the week of June 24 - but I am a fan of Michael Moore, if for no other reason than he makes money from pissing people off (while sharing some of my political beliefs, albeit to a different extent)
I have yet to figure out how to make a profit at being so jerk-like on as grand a scale as he has. As a result, he has my respect and jealousy.

We're with you, Randy. So far we've only figured out the "being jerk-like" part. But once we get that "making a profit" part down, too, watch out!

ACLYou
Dear fellow ACL surgery brother,dude, co-survivor Brian;
I've been reading your blog and I feel for ya. Went through it in '93. Skiing.
No, I don't want to tell you how my injury was worse than yours, or my surgery was nastier, or my PTist was meaner than yours. Just want to say "Get well soon" and I gotta go with you on every thing you said about Physical Therapy and Therapists. If you look up "Love-Hate Relationship" in in the dictionary it says "see Physical Therapist".
By the way, you say the donor graft came from your hamstring. They took mine came from the Patella tendon. Did they give you an option? If so, what were the pros and cons? Taking it from the patella tendon was painful also, but it didn't seem to limit my range of motion like the hamstring method.
In any event, wishing you a speedy and successful recovery.

Well, Matt, even though we don't know if your injury, your surgery, or your PTist was worse than Brian's, we're going to take a stab in the dark and say all three were probably worse for you. In fact, Brian thanks you and thousands of others for injuring their ACLs before he did if for no other reason than apparently the doctors are getting pretty good at fixing them now. While Brian hasn't talked to many people who have had ACL reconstruction in the past year, he's talked to plenty of people who have had it in the years before then, and all of their stories come down to one word: PAAAAAAAIIIIIINNNNN. Brian counts himself lucky that his surgeons got to practice on others first.

Just a little interested in the who, what, and how that you came up with Rockwood.
We all want to know. There is a lot of Rockwoods that want to know.
I DO NEED A RESPONSE.

Well, Chris, let's just say that we've been watching you, and your life is perfect inspiration for a comic strip. Oh sure, you're not wealthy enough to buy a fancy plane ride into space, but you, sir, are an inspiration! Just keep doing what you're doing, and we'll always have more material for our strip!
Oh, and could you turn that plant in your living room about 20 degrees? Thanks.
