May 17, 2006,
Two responses:
Mikki says (scroll to third letter) that she is a Wesley fan. Somewhere I got it in my head that Mikki is a "she," and is roughly in her early 30's. If I'm wrong, Mikki...sorry. Here's my reasoning--she claimed to do well on the 80's fill in the blank site (which I passed on to many friends, by the way) and is a Wesley fan. Considering he got to kiss Ashley Judd at a very early age, I can't deny that Wesley must be attractive to the ladies. Mikki must have been at an impressionable age during TNG airings, which explains the distaste she still harbors for Ashley Judd movies. :) But if she saw how he wound up...homeless, and a suspect in a murder investigation... would she still find him attractive??? (All this based on the assumption that a)Mikki is a she and b)her reasoning for fandom is physical attraction. I'm so shallow.)
Secondly, yes... I would be interested in buying prints of Rockwood strips. I'd also be interested in buying a shirt with Skip's "$" design, a prosthetic chin like Skip's, as well as dentures to help me keep that smile that he has. That could get expensive....maybe I would just get a hairpiece so I could become Will Rockwood. I would attend the first Rockwood convention, and wait eagerly for the stars to arrive, name my kids after the Rockwood characters, dress up my pets...ah, the possibilities.

Well, then, there seems to be some interest in prints of individual cartoons, so we'll see if we can figure out a way to do it. The CafePress framed custom prints we thought would work last week... well, they won't work. For some bizarre reason, CafePress only offers the framed print offer if you want to order said print for yourself. Since we already have the original artwork, that doesn't really appeal to us, and it doesn't really help you. If anyone knows of a site that could let us sell a 12" by 4" print, let us know.
Oh, and we prefer "Rockwoodsman."

Probably, Donny. But now we're thinking that maybe Kepler should follow an established religion, instead. You know, like selfosophy.

May 22, 2006,
Thanks for publishing my haiku last week. When I popped by to check for the Thursday update I was tickled pink to see my name on the main page. It probably makes me a big dork but I thought it was really cool. Thanks, Team Rockwood. Rockwood rules!

You're welcome, Mikki. And you should feel honored for making the front page. It doesn't happen to people very often. The people who are dorks are the ones who don't write in. You hear that everybody? Write in and avoid being a dork!
