Brian,
I don't know what's going on, but many times in the recent past, I have logged on to rockwoodcomic.com only to find last week's strip still showing up. I have tried to refresh my web pages, with no change...
Monday, everything said it was Monday, save that the cartoon was last Friday's... I'm not sure if there's something you can do with your coding of the web pages that might be causing this problem...
Any suggestions?

Well, James, we'd suggest a brand new iMac which would probably contain a new browser to make up for your defective one.
To answer your question more directly, we can't see how our code could be doing this to you. The Rockwood web site hasn't changed its code for the past five years, so it's not something that's being done on our side. Seriously, ditch the TRS-80 and get behind a 21st-century browser!
