Greetings!  

You are correct in your statement when you state, "Obama is NOT the one." I wrote a same titled blog to confirm this. President Barack Hussein Obama is nothing but a man. A motivational speaker. The real president is Oprah and Michelle Obama anyway. We all know how women are better at multi-tasking, cleaning up a mess, and being unconditionally compassionate. Ask your wife.lol

I have become an over-achiever sans 101+ chin ups News Year's Eve. It was all ME indeed. Like Dorothy in the glass slippers. Me all along. I know this intrinsically.

One messenger to another messenger. Meeting you was not accidental. You are highly intelligent. Here's my que for --YOU!??,

My very, very religious church going 67 y o mother believes Obama is indeed the ONE. A Saviour. Black Jesus. She observes/perceives/projects this on the big-eared guy. On the flip-side I perceive/observe a hard-working intelligent, spiritual father whom loves country and family. He is likened unto a Rock Star. An American Idol. {no pun intended}---with big ears. lol.

If the Observed is affected by the Observer, am i right? Or is my Mom, right? Are we both right? Then neither of us is right? RIGHT! ??? Depends on my perspective, now doesn't it?
Brian you are indeed correct when you state: "Obama had nothing to do with my accomplishments." BUT SEEING HIM ACHIEVE SOMETHING GREAT--- {{{{{INSPIRED ME TO OVER-ACHIEVE}}}}}}}} So you ARE right----and you are wrong. both right and wrong at the same time. Two contradictions occupying the same space. This is the Divine Dichotomy that is Life.

Continue to Feel Good. That is the secret formula to creativity. You already know this innately. Even when no one believes in you. Believe in yourself. You know this intrinsically from your own successes with the rockwoodcomic strip and You Tube Thriller Video, you worked HARD all your life! You have failed and succeeded. You have lived both experiences. Continue to be BLESSED!

I have to disagree with Al, but agree with Brian. Dark Knight doesn't belong in the Best Picture category, but Ledger does deserve the win. Dark Knight drug on...I mean after you order the tub of popcorn and the gallon of Coke, how long can you really sit and wait for a bathroom break? but Iron Man...good times.

Iron Man did get some special effects recognition, Panda, but not even a sniff of Best Picture trophies. And really, was there another movie at the theater last year that anyone had more fun at than at Iron Man? We doubt it. But alas, Oscar doesn't reward fun. Too bad. They could sure use more of it at the Oscar ceremony.
