Bah, Al couldn't hit a rock with that thing...
Oh, wait! Yes, he could!

Because, really, what's more fun than shooting people with laser beams from space? Hmm... maybe this.

May 31, 2006,
Um... I read this "mailbag" LAST week... on May 23rd, to be precise... It is Wednesday, May 31 now, so where's May 30th's mailbag?
Are the links working the way they should be? Or didn't anybody write in for the 30th? Sad that nobody thinks participatory forums are fun anymore... *grin*

Oh, James... read the fine print! If you'd looked at the bottom of the front page you would have seen that we took a week off not only for Memorial Day, but also because Brian is working all week at the Women's College World Series. Okay, we didn't mention the WCWS last week, but we did mention the holiday. Either way, watch women's softball. Better ratings gives us job insurance!

June 3, 2006,
Friday's strip rocked! I really like Howie Mandel's comedy stylings, but I can't stand reality shows or prime time game shows. For the summer I've made it a goal to turn off the tv and go outside more.
I would not suggest Mitch and Al turn off the TV and go outside though... maybe switch to one of those oodles of movie channels Skip promised them so they'd come to the station.
In other and very exciting news, will any of Team Rockwood be joining the throngs of fans at Star Wars Celebration IV in L.A.?! Dude, it's gonna be FIVE days long celebrating the 30th anniversary! I'm thinking I need to go in costume this time.
And for a belated birthday present my friends are taking me on a day trip to Columbus to see the traveling Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination exhibit. Seriously, I have the greatest friends. Team Rockwood should really think about checking the exhibit out when it gets near.
May the force be with you.

Heh... that just sounds like one more way that George Lucas can get our money, Mikki. That said, we're intrigued, but a year away is a long way off for us to be making travel plans. Even the Olympics only took us a month to plan, and that's a far larger event. We'll see what happens as the event gets a little closer.

June 5, 2006,
Okay, not ONLY are were there two strips last week, as well as missing important mail, but the two-strip week is listed twice in the archives!! Is the Team slipping? Or, is it a more subtle way of making it look like the team did more work? Either way, it's twice the fun.
By the way, is it just me or did June get here REALLY quickly this year?

Scroll up a bit from last week's entry in the archive, Panda, and you'll notice the same thing happened at the end of January. Any time one week spans the end of one month and the beginning of the next, it gets two listings. Nice to see you're paying attention, though.
And we think all months are getting faster. Maybe we're just getting old.
